Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Onlinedrive Affiliate Program ("the Program") you agree to the terms below. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of your affiliate account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

You must have an Onlinedrive customer account in good standing to join; the free plan is sufficient. Onlinedrive staff and accounts flagged as fraud, closed, or inactive are not eligible. We may decline or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

How commissions are earned

  • When a new customer arrives at onlinedrive.io using your unique referral link or applies your referral code at signup, we attach their account to yours.
  • You earn the configured commission (currently 10% one-time per referred customer) on their first qualifying paid storage plan. Per-plan overrides may apply.
  • Commissions are held for 60 days from the order date to cover our refund window. They become available to withdraw after the hold clears.
  • If a referred order is refunded inside the hold, the related commission is rejected. If a refund is issued after a commission has cleared, we will deduct the amount from your balance (a clawback).

Self-referrals and abuse

You may not refer yourself, your own businesses, or accounts you control. Coordinated abuse, fraudulent traffic, cookie-stuffing, spam, and similar practices will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to investigate any referral we suspect of being non-genuine.

Marketing conduct

You may share your referral link in personal channels (your website, your social accounts, email signatures, communities you participate in). You may not buy paid search ads on Onlinedrive brand terms, send unsolicited bulk email (spam), make false or misleading claims about Onlinedrive, or otherwise represent yourself as Onlinedrive staff. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including FTC disclosure rules in the United States and equivalent local rules elsewhere).

Payouts

  • Minimum payout: $50 USD.
  • Methods: PayPal (to the email on file) or Onlinedrive account credit. Other methods may be available on request.
  • Payouts are processed within 1-3 business days of request. We reserve the right to delay payouts pending verification or if we suspect fraud.
  • Payouts are sent in US Dollars. Exchange and fees on your end are your responsibility.

Termination

You may close your affiliate account at any time. We may terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) violation of these terms or closure of your Onlinedrive customer account. Unpaid commissions in good standing at the time of termination will be paid out if they exceed the minimum payout threshold; otherwise they are forfeited.

No relationship

Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship between you and Onlinedrive. You are an independent contractor responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.
