Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts with 1 GB of storage at no cost and no credit card. Upgrade only when you need more space.
What does a lifetime plan mean?
One payment, no renewals. Your plan stays active for as long as Onlinedrive operates. Annual plans are also available if you prefer to pay as you go.
Where are my files stored?
In the region you choose at sign-up: US West (Los Angeles), US East (Virginia), Canada (Montreal), United Kingdom (London), Europe (Frankfurt) or Asia Pacific (Singapore). Files never leave that region.
How large can a single file be?
Up to 5 GB per file. Uploads are resumable, so a dropped connection picks up where it left off instead of starting over.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. Redemption codes from partner deals can be applied at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of its period. After that the account moves to the free tier and your files are preserved; you just cannot upload more than the free quota until you upgrade again.
