Common questions about what Onlinedrive can do
Do free accounts get the same features?
Yes. The free plan includes the file manager, previews, sharing and encryption with 1 GB of storage. Team workspaces come with Professional plans and above.
How many workspaces and members do I get?
Professional: 3 workspaces with 5 members each. Business: 10 workspaces, 20 members. Premium: 15 and 35. Corporate: 20 and 50. Ultimate: 30 and 75. Enterprise: 40 and 100.
Can I use more than one region?
Each drive account lives in one region. If you need files in more than one region, you can hold a separate drive account in each.
Is there a desktop or mobile app?
Onlinedrive runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, so there is nothing to install.
What happens to files I delete?
They move to the trash, where you can restore them. Emptying the trash removes them permanently.
Can I stop someone downloading a shared file?
Yes. Turn downloads off on a public link and recipients can only view the file in the browser. You can also add a password or an expiry date.
