Files are encrypted on their way to us and while stored. Two-factor authentication is available on every account.

Cancelling never deletes your data. Your plan runs to the end of its period, then your account moves to the free tier with your files intact.

Nothing is deleted. If you are over the free quota you cannot upload more until you upgrade again, but everything you stored is still there.

If I cancel, do I lose my files?
No. Your plan stays active until the end of its period, then the account moves to the free tier with your files preserved. You cannot upload beyond the free quota until you upgrade again.
Can I get my files out?
Yes. Download any file or folder from the file manager at any time. There is no export fee and no waiting period.
Where exactly are my files stored?
In the region you chose at sign-up: US West (Los Angeles), US East (Virginia), Canada (Montreal), United Kingdom (London), Europe (Frankfurt) or Asia Pacific (Singapore).
How are my files protected?
Encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication for your login, and 24/7 monitoring of the platform.
What does the 99.9% uptime target mean?
It is the availability we design and monitor for. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
How do I cancel?
From the billing section of your account, or by opening a support ticket. Lifetime plans have nothing to cancel because they never renew.
