Understanding Plans & Pricing

Onlinedrive offers different plans to match your storage and collaboration needs.

How Plans Work

Each plan includes:

Storage quota — The maximum amount of data you can store
Feature access — Some features may be plan-dependent
Workspace support — Shared workspaces are included on the Professional plan and above

Viewing Available Plans

Go to Account → Subscriptions to see the plan and usage of each of your drive accounts
Compare plans on the pricing page — each shows its storage quota with annual and lifetime pricing

What Counts as Storage

Your storage quota includes:

All files you own across all workspaces
Files in your Trash (until permanently deleted)
Thumbnails and previews generated for your files

It does not include:

Files in workspaces you don't own (those count toward the workspace owner)
Files shared with you by others

Free Plan

The Free plan includes 1 GB of storage. This is perfect for personal use and trying out Onlinedrive.

Paid Plans

Paid plans offer more storage, and from Professional up they include shared workspaces. Every paid plan is available annually or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Choosing the Right Plan

Personal use — Free, Lite or Personal is usually sufficient
Small team — Professional or Business adds shared workspaces alongside more storage
Large team — Premium and above offer the most storage, workspaces and members
