Using Redemption Codes

Redemption codes can give you plan upgrades, additional storage, or other benefits.

Where to Get Codes

Redemption codes may be provided through:

• Promotional campaigns
• Partner offers
• Customer support
• Special events

How to Redeem

1. Click Redeem Code in the sidebar
2. Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive)
3. Click Redeem
4. If valid, you'll see what the code provides
5. Your account is updated immediately

What Codes Can Provide

Depending on the code, you might receive:

• A new drive account — Most codes activate a storage plan, creating a drive account in the storage region you choose
• Plan upgrade — Some codes move an existing drive account to a higher plan

Code Restrictions

• Each code can typically only be used once
• Codes may have expiration dates
• Some codes are limited to new accounts only
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers (unless specified)

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid code" — Double-check the code for typos
• "Code expired" — The code is past its expiration date
• "Code already used" — The code has already been redeemed
